Entry for Test Certificate Detail

This option allows to maintains Test Certificate Numbers for each item belonging to a ‘Goods Receipt Note’ that was sent by the Vendor.

Field Description of Entry For Test Certificate Detail

GRN Detail

Specify the GRN details as follows -

Year:

Enter the financial year of the GRN for which you want to enter the Test Certificate details.

Group:

Specify the Group of the GRN.

Click on the field to access a list of already defined GRN Groups for the entered Year though Document Control Master option in Administrator Tools Module. Select your desired Group from the list by scrolling down to it and pressing <ENTER>. Alternatively you can also enter the Group.

Please note that Groups of all types of GRN will be displayed/accepted.

Site:

Specify the Site of the GRN. By default the Site if any specified with the selected Group will be displayed automatically.

Click on the field to access a list of already defined Sites. Select your desired Site from the list by scrolling down to it and pressing <ENTER>. Alternatively you can also enter the Site.

Please note that the Site(s) will be displaced/accepted as per the following conditions - In case the 'Site Required?' flag is 'On' through Document Control Master option in Administrator Tools Module, then only those Sites will be displayed which have been linked with the selected Year and GRN Group. In case the 'Site Required' flag is 'Off', then all the Sites that have been defined for the current Company through Site Master option of Administrator Tools Module will be displayed

Number:

Specify the GRN Number for which Test Certificate Number has to be entered.

Click on the field to access a list of GRN Numbers belonging to the entered Year + Group + Site. Select your desired GRN Number from the list by scrolling down to it and pressing <ENTER>. Alternatively you can also enter the GRN Number. IMMS will check whether the right Number has been entered or not.

Item:

Specify the Item belonging to the selected GRN Number for which you want to enter the Test Certificate details.

Click on the icon to access a list of Items belonging to the selected GRN Number. Select your desired Item from the list by clicking on it. Alternatively you can also enter the Item. The system will check that the correct Item has been entered.

Item Details

A grid will be displayed as follows -

This grid will be populated with the selected Item and other details belonging to it. In case the same Item has been received in various Sizes or Inward Number, all of them will be displayed here with their unique position in the GRN.

Test Certificate No.:

(Type : Alphanumeric, Length : 15)

 

Click on the field. Now enter the Test Certificate Number for the Item . Press <TAB>.

 

Once you have entered the Test Certificate Number, click on 'Save' button to save it or 'Cancel' to discard.
